Groups

Sometimes individual therapy can take us only so far.

Do you have a therapist you trust, but feel stagnant? You’ve explored your struggles together and found some relief.

Therapy has helped you navigate painful memories, negative self-talk, and unhelpful coping patterns.

Except, you still feel alone, even when you’re surrounded by others.

You can’t quite take off your mask.

If only, there was a way to use what you learned in therapy and still feel safe. There is!

Working in a group might be the perfect fit for you.

Group therapy is about connection and experimentation. It offers a safe space with peers going through similar challenges.

You can test out new ways of relating or responding to others while getting feedback from other members.

Everyone takes off the mask.

Groups help you take the next step in therapy and get unstuck – with others.

All group members lean on each other to move beyond their inner world through encouragement, support, feedback, hope, and courage.

Positive relationships based on understanding are formed.

Group therapy can disassemble relationship patterns that stop you from living your most fulfilling life.

Groups offer you a chance to apply what you’ve learned in individual therapy with others who understand the struggle.
